Enjoy taking your acai berry. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason at all let us know. You can send your order back at any time within 30 days of purchasing for a Full Refund with No Questions Asked - Even on opened products (see full details here).

You don't have to decide right now if this product is the best for you. Simply order it and enjoy using it. If our acai isn't of the best quality, let us know and we'll refund you payment straight back to your card. All you have to do is to email us with your order details and we'll send you the returns address.

Yes - you can even return an opened and used product and we will still refund your money - including postage and packing!

 

2. Your order posted out First Class fast

We aim to get all orders posted out within a maximum of 2 working days. Many times it one day or same day depending on what time of day we receive your order.

Due to a very small number of people exploiting our generous guarantee, we have had to add these conditions:

1 Bottle Orders / 1 Tub Orders

Please follow the instructions which come with your order, and take for a minimum of 14 days. It is highly unlikely that any positive effects will be felt before then.

Should you not be completely satisfied with the quality of Pure Acai™, simply return your part used/empty bottle for a full refund.

2 Bottle Orders / 2 Tub Orders

We are happy to offer a full refund for 2 bottle orders as long as you return one unopened bottle. The overwhelming amount of customers see an effect while taking a one bottle course, and due to a number of unscrupulous customers returning 2 completely empty bottles/tubs we have had to protect ourselves.

Should you start the second bottle and want to return your order, we will refund you half of your payment (50%), on receipt of the one empty bottle and one partly use bottle.

3 Bottle Orders

Return 2 unopened bottles and 1 opened bottle - 100% refund.
Return 1 unopened bottle and 2 opened bottle - 50% refund.
Return 3 opened bottles and receive a no refund.

4-5-6 Bottle Orders / 4 or 6 Tub Orders

We will only refund up to 50% if you only use 2 bottles.
No refund available if you use more than 2 bottles.

 

Full Refund for Unopened Bottles Returned within 14 days of receipt

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original email receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you a full refund. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed
